Body tightening n Toning
I gained weight to 93 kgs during pregnancy n I hv slowly reduced my weight to 60 kgs but my body so loose that my entire body has saggy skin, can u recommend ways with diet to gain tight body. I do exercise 1 hr per day full of floor exercise n yoga. But still I cudnt attain my desired body I'm 39 yrs n 5.5 by height, also im nt under any medical assiatance
