Hello,
My baby is going to be 5 months old by this 19th april. Since yesterday I am oberversing that his body temperature rises but back forehead stomach is not heated, but legs head and palms are hot. I just checked his temperature through armpit where temperature stands on 99.3 from last 2-3 hrs.
Is it because of the hot environment?
We stay on the top floor where rooms become too hot in the night time. We are avoiding ac due to covid 19.
His vaccination of 14th week was due since last month as due to lockdown we are unable to go out.
Please suggest.

Anything below 100 degree, no worries...it may be due to hot weather...keep baby light clothed and put on fan....
Vaccinate if doctor is nearby..fix an appointment when there is no rush...if not possible then wait

If there is no other complaint and only fever then it could be due to heat
Remove his clothes and do sponging with cold water
Temperature should come down
Vaccine can be postponed
