Body Swelling

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I get swelling on complete body hands, face mainly as observed. Not finding exact reason. Due to medicine swelling happens also some times due to climate change it might happen. Recently recovered from dengue and dr advised me to have some calcium n vitamin tablets but even due to those swelling was coming. When I didn't take medicine there was no swelling. Can u please help me what should I do.
