  3. Body Shivering. , so can it be cured?

Hi doctor , I am facing this problem since 3-4 yrs or may be much before that, whenever i lift the object or i hold my hands straight for a while , its start shivering not very much like old people but noticeable if you watch it carefully, I am defense aspirant and this is sthg which is considered to medically unfit , so can it be cured ?
