Asked for Male, 31 Years

Last Friday i,e 5th April. I had proteced sex with unknown girl. From 8th April onwords I am feeling little bit pains in by hands, wrist and legs. Other than that I don't have noticeable health issues. Does these are symptoms of HIV? Why I am doubting even after protected sex because? She did blow job on condom and continued with that further. After that I saw some sticky fluid kind substance on condom after sex, that creating doubt to me and thinking condom got damaged when she did blow job. Please guide tests which I to have to under go and time period for those tests. Thanks.
