Body pain and mild fever
I'm suffering from mild fever followed by body pain since last Sunday.
I'm also taking paracetamol (dolo) since Sunday but every night my body pain is persistent and fever (99-100.6°F) also appeared.
there is no other symptoms appeared.
what is the cause of this problem? which medication should I take?

Next Steps
Take Dolo 650mg, if temperature goes above 100. Or tepid sponging and proper hydration will suffice

Temperature more than 102 or standing more than 4 days requires CBC with ESR, parallels can also add an antibiotic with respect to systemic symptoms
