Body of Lumbar1 compressed slightly

Asked for Male, 33 Years

Hello doctor, My Blood reports says HLA B27 positive,Vit D deficient & X-Ray report says body of Lumbar1 compressed slightly.My mother & my brother r suffering from rheumatoid arthritis.I have no pain in my joints but I do feel pain in lumber1 region when sit for 1or2 hours & intermittent pain going down in legs.is this pain due to R.arthritis?Kindly suggest meds for lumbar healing.
