Body involuntary shaking, tremor,

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Hi doctor i am facing involuntary shaking of body, like lip portion and chin, Hands shaking a bit, Balance problem like light headedness, While walking feel as if i will fall and loose balance, Ear Ringing, fast heart rate. I have High cholestrol, High hscrp, My stress echo is normal. I feel very anxious as if i will die soon, disequilibrium of head, slurred speech, nasal congestion, bronchitis. I smoke and drink daily. Age 27 What can cause this Disequilibrium and involuntary movement?
