Body heating but no fever or cough

Asked for Female, 70 Years

So my grandma is telling continuesly that her body is heating up and she feels like that hot fire like gas comes out from her ears and head. So I thought of consulting a doctor so I'm asking here (she did a thyroid surgery. Maybe because of this?) so please leave a message.

Maybe water content in her body is very less . Let her take plenty of fluids and make her body hydrated.. still it persist consult
