Body heat in kids
My son is 2.8 yrs ..he has fever and heat boils in mouth so how to reduce it ? What causes it? Only coz of body heat

Common causes of fever are viral infections, especially when mouth has red lesions as mentioned. Keeping temperature under control with paracetamol and frequently feeding both liquids and solids is important. Mouth lesions can be painful and so apply oral gels( e.g Zytee oral gel) before feeds.

At first check the body temperature with thermometer, if temperature is more than 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit then it is fever.  For mouth ulcers give nutritious food and vitamins

Child can normally be little warmer than adult. Give him proper diet and MV b complex.
