Body and face rash after fever

Asked for Male, 32 Years

My 9 month baby had fever 2 days ago. We took her to a doctor who prescribed metamol, coriminic and nasoclear. Now the fever is gone however, her face and body is covered in pink coloured spots. These spots are spreading and getting darker by the hour.
