I've been suffering from back ache , legs cramps and paining, hands too past one week I suffer from pms also but this time it's unbearable. I can't take a painkiller too coz we're planning a family so I don't know if it's pms or something else. My periods are due on 28. I took home pregnancy test but came negative. What should I do.
