Body ache and fever at 6 week pregnancy
My wife is pregnant had her last period on 31 mar. She tested positive on 5th May. Now she is having fever along with severe headache & body pain at all time since 3 days along with dry cough. Can i give her paracetamol and cough syrup for dry cough.
Also in how much time should we get a ultrasound?

First of all you have mentioned quiet a few drugs in your medications section. If she is on all those drugs then she need to stop quite a few drugs.....like ivermectin, lincotus...
If she is having fever give her only paracetamol......
Give her honey 1 tablespoon thrice daily for cough....
She may need few more medications which can be prescribed only after knowing certain details.
Get her a check up done.....and consult your doctor for changing the above medications I mentioned.

2nd scan -11-13 wks nt nb scan
3rd scan -18-22 wks anomaly scan
4 th scan -28-32 wks growth scan

Which cough syrup do you want to give her
Most cough syrups have sedatives and are unsafe in pregnancy
