The peripheral blood picture is s/o 2-3 percent blast which is a problem along with nucleated rbc which could be tell tale sign of chronic myeloproliferative disorder or MDS patient bone marow aspirate report attached is inconclusive He requires proper evaluation to reach a proper conclusion Can consult me a trained Hematologist Dr Akash khandelwal in physical OPD in delhi if willing for proper evaluation
