Blurriness and low vision in right eye..

Asked for Male, 28 Years

Sir I am 28 years boy. I am seeing blur from right eye and low light intensity. There is lot of disturbance in the intensity of blurness in the right eye. My doctor given me macugold plus tablet for 1 month. Why this capsule is given to patient and why I have been facing this unequal differences in my eyes. My right eye number is -5 and left eye is - 4.5. Please help me with suggestions and solutions. Thank you .
