I nursing my five months old baby. I am not comfortable seeing mobile, tv , and light. I have to join my job. I have blurred vision and some times eye pain.

Please get your blood haemoglobin tested.you seem to be anaemia. You must improve your diet to at least 2700 calories. Take at least 1kg milk daily with 50 to 80 gsm of dates.spinach and if non veg then have egg .fish and chicken etc Take some iron and protein supplement.
