Bloody stool
I've been having abnormal bowel movements for several months; sometimes I'll be constipated for a couple of days, while sometimes I'll have diarrhea seemingly out of nowhere. I had bloody stool periodically, but for the past week or so almost every stool I've passed has had bright red blood in it. I'm also frequently bloated and/or gassy.

You must consult a surgeon may be you have piles
But need to be seen by a surgeon to rule out .
Other wise may be a colonoscopy and further consultation with a psychiatrists if needed.
