Bloody discharge from nipple
I was changing for bed and when i removed my bra i had bloody discharge leak from my right nipple. There is no possibility of pregnancy i do bot get my period because of a tubal ligation and an iud was put in place a couple years after the tubal plus im not currently sexually active and havent been for about 8 months now... I attempted a self breast exam to see if i could feel anything abnormal and I think there is a small lump but im not positive... what could cause this discharge? How serious?

This could be either due to some trauma or infection.
Get a pus culture n sensitivity done and get yourself examined by a surgeon.
A course of antibiotics and antiinflammatories may be needed apart from an ultrasound breast
