My grandmother is 70 years, her weight is 50 kg, yesterday she heavily bleeded from her nose, we take her to hospital her blood pressure is above 210. Why this happened? Is it very serious? Other than medications how we will take care of her what diet should be given to her?

This is extremely serious and very high blood pressure and can cause life threatening stroke or other complications. She must be admitted in hospital and observed for few days before discharge.
