Blood test- internal bleeding. Serious.

I have been suffering from fever since 25 days so doctor did 3 blood tests on my right hand over a nerve, on the 3 rd test there was a small area of blood clot, now fever was cured and i was asked to take blood test one more time to verify, i said to the doctor that i have a scar during previous test which was now gone, he did the test on the same hand but on different nerve, then as usually he applied a sticker now there were many clots inside the skin big brusies as previous, i didnt pressurised it.There was sweeling accompained woth pain immediately after test, which was minimised later but now i have little pain if i pressurise it and there was sacs of blood clot. I attached the photo of it.please do check if this is any serious.
