Blood test in second trimester pregnancy

Hello Doctors, i am 21 weeks pregnant. I had my blood screening at 21 weeks and it shows : HB: 10.5 Total WBC : 11100 Neutrophil : 74 It shows Mild Hypochromia. And TFT as below: T3 : 2.0 T4 : 9.51 TSH : 2.74 Is this normal ? or i need to take any care with thyroid and WBC and HB levels.
