Blood sugar levels during pregnancy
Im entering 11th week of pregnancy.. got my fasting blood sugar checked a couple of weeks back.. it came out to be 90 & my HbA1c is 6%. Doctor has asked me to diet n exercise to avoid gestational diabetes later in 3rd trimester... im very much worried.. Is a fasting sugar of 90 too high during 1st trimester.. or should i drop my worries PS : Im avoiding fried foods n sweets with high sugar content..

Its not much....but you should be on a diet bcz sometimes it blood sugar may hike suddenly dyring pregnancy....your doctor has advised you correctly...just follow the advice
