Blood sugar escalated
I'm a diabete for 20 yrs. For last 1 yr I'm on (Gluconorm-G)glimperimide 1mg & Metfirmin 500mg twice after meals + pioz 15mg 1/2 after lunch. But after a month of irregularity due to financial problem, FBS is at 227 & PP 395. Pl suggest

The sugar reports should not be interpreted while you are not regular with medicines. I would suggest you start taking the medicines regularly (whatever you are on) and then check your sugar levels from a lab after a week. Looking at those reports we can make the changes. Generally I would advice to increase the dose of Metformin and reduce dose of glimeperide. Start safer drugs like DPP4I or SGLT2I if needed.
