In August 2017 , during preventive health check up, i was detected as prediabetes( FBS 140 PPBS 160) and triglecerides was high.
I consumed brown rice instead of white rice.Soaked Methi seeds, almonds as well i started eating.
In Dec 2017 FBS was 139 and PPBS 248.
Cholestrol and
triglycerides were stable now.
I stopped eating rice and started eating Roti and went for morning walk for 45 mins daily.
On Feb 25 2018 , my FBS 144 PPBS 226
My age is 30. Weight is 66 kg(consistent).Please guide me
