Blood spotting after periods

Asked for Female, 12 Years

My12 years daughter bleeds for around 10 days in every cycle and this time after 10 more days she got spotting. Her periods was started 6 months before. Is there is any problem . Shall i need to visit any gynaecologist

This must be due to immature HPO axis which causes hormonal imbalance which s common at this age. However its advisable to do a CBC ,TSH , PT, INR and ultrasound pelvis . After that medication will be advised as its difficult to bleed for 10days and eventually ll make her hemoglobin low. U cn consult with me too directly
