Blood spotting after novelon intake

Asked for Female, 26 Years

Hi I have taken novelon pills prescribed by my doc. Without any break I took the pill for 21 days and I got my periods on Jan 25th. I bleeded for 5 days. My problem now is I have started spotting blood on Feb 7th. Is it coz of my regular ovulation? Or anything else?
