Hello. Very Good evening. I advice you for a complete coagulation profile as follows : 1. PT- INR 2. ApTT 3. Bleeding time 4. Clotting time. 5. D - Dimer. All the clotting factors,  are synthezised I liver, so you should go for a Liver function test. After the analysis of these reports, atleast a provisional diagnosis can be made. You are so young female, then why your prothrombin time is increased, which we have to find out. Please don't worry and take stress unnecessarily.
