Blood pressure
Sir I am in crpf and exercise and games are a part of my life style ... I always feel energetic no issue of any pain or other complain ... But recently i found out that i am having high BP (140/90) What is the cause ? My father died due to cancer . I dont know about any family history of high BP. MY HEIGHT IS 171 CM AND WEIGHT IS 64 KG . Please suggest any remedy...

reading on higher side once does not mean that you have high blood pressure readings must be taken at least three times a day also we need to rule out other symptoms like any headache and you decrease in vision You can consult me online and I can help you out also you need some further test I will let you know

Please get your self checked for kidney function tests,and other investigations to rule out causes of secondary hypertension,or meet the doctor personally.if everything is normal you can try to control with diet changes
