Blood pressure rising
My husbands diastolic bp is rising above 90 sometimes.atleast 5times a day to 95.somtimes till 99,101. where the systolic bp is about 130max.Sometimes it has showen that his bp is below 120/80.like 117/77,118/73.He is over weight,dont exercise.Does he need medication or reducing weight and exercising will help him lower his bp?can this cause any other problems like heart problem or stroke??What should we do?please suggest..
