Blood pressure of 22 year old
From last few weeks my 22 yr old brothers bp is high. Initially it was 130/80 however from last 2-3 days it is 150/96 and somewhat near this only.
Issue is that our 33 yr old sister passed away in Covid and he was the one who was near her all the time and even at the cremation. Since then he is not able to sleep and says that his mind is not at rest anytime. We try to talk to him and relax him . He does not cry but maybe he is not able to forget the hospital scenes and he is missing her a lot as she was like her mother.
Please suggest.
