You should take the high blood pressure seriously and in pregnancy diastolic bp is more important than systolic bp u should do thorough investigations of bp and do proper consultation to gynecologist

The Blood pressure measurement is incomplete.  It always has 2 readings 140/---? (Systolic / Diastolic) When  u put half report, no scan picture, no other detail history,  u will be confused by our answers. Ur systolic blood pressure is on higher side. Fetal growth restriction has many causes. High blood pressure is 1 of that. U should consult Gynecologist in person. Antihypertensive medications. Scan + Doppler study. Rule.out other causes of fetal growth restriction.
