My age 25 my blood pressure is show were high that is 160/110 my chelestrol level is also low but daily its showing same I start blood pressure tablets please suggest me I am worried a lot

It could be due to stress and anxiety also...get the BP checked by a lovla physician...if consistently high doctor will decide about medication
