Recently I went to hospital and blood pressure is 160/90 and doctor suggested the ECG and it's normal, is this because of any issue in my kidnies.
I don't have any issues with urine and all activities(good appetite)
Now daily I am checking the blood pressure at my home with machine, find out the readings as 120-140, and below is between 80-90
I am getting tension while taking blood pressure, If I am free with out any tensions it's show the results below 130

Hello firstly relax.ECG is normal. Get LFT and KFT urine examination and USG abdomen, chest x ray. Take BP reading at night before going to bed and morning before getting up from bed and at 3 PM daily and see the variation. Discuss online with reports. You will need change in lifestyle and restrict salt in diet . BP will be normal . But cause of BP at your age has to be found out
Homeopathy medication is safe and effective for ur condition.
Hope u got solution, if not u can take online consultation ll guide you in detail.
