From last one day my bp is coming 85/138 or 86/145. I never had any BP problems before.
I got shot of covishield vaccine 16 days before.
Could it be the reason. As one of my freind is also experiencing same issue. Do vaccine may react and cause increment in BP.

First thing first: please express BP reading as
Systolic BP/Diastolic BP; always systolic is higher than diastolic. I would have reported the BP as 145/85...please note it for your future reference
It’s unknown and unlikely that the vaccination is the cause of your so-called high readings. So also in your friend.
Only few more readings can confirm whether you have tendency or really have hypertension. Same may be advised to your friend.
Should you feel uncomfortable about it and checking at home has always shown borderline, a consultation is in order.
Your consultant will guide you.
Best wishes
The BP could be high due to anxiety. Please make a chart of your blood pressure at home three times daily for 3-5 days to see the trend.
You should measure the BP after atleast 5 minutes of rest with your arm rested on a table and shouldn't have had coffee or tea atleast 30 minutes before the test.
