Blood Pressure
I was diagnosed with high bp around two months back (100/170). All the tests were done (ecg, xray, ct-scan, echo, ultrasound, good health) under expert doctors guidance and all reports were normal. I am taking Talmisartan 40mg everyday. I am exercising daily and have reduced my weight from 86 to 79 kgs. My height is 5'9"( for bmi purpose). I have stopped taking fried and spicy food. What should I do to completely stop need for medicine and how long it might take?
