Blood pressure
From past few days, my husband has blood pressure ranging from 150/90 to 158/99. This he started noticing because one day he had left feet pain and the whole leg was little shiny and little bit swollen. He also feels hotness in his face.  Can anyone interrupt the blood pressure reading and let me know what is best. He does half an hour exercise in the morning.
