Hi Sir, I am having BP from 1 year ..Doctor suggest me to taken met- stamlo & tele act 20 mg , he asked me to continue life long. Sir there is any option to stop tablets .since i am feeling very difficulty to take tablets daily

Hi Medication for your blood pressure will be prescribed only after serial monitoring of BP. Number of tablets can be reduced by using combination and also by gradual tapering of dosage OLY UNDER SUPERVISION. Chances of stopping tablets in your case is less likely as you are on multiple drugs .
