Asked for Male, 34 Years

Hi All Having severe blood motions and pain from last two weeks. Request you suggest a tablet or tonic. Secondly I have pain rectum suggest a ontiment for me as well. Thanks for your support.

I think you have fissure in ano with hemorrhoids.,Apply anobillis and lox jelly twice daily,do sitz bath thrice in day for 1-2week.take daflon 500 mg tablet twice daily for 7 days.Syp looz 25 ml bed time for constipation if present

For severe bloody stools and pain in rectum, I would request you to see a gastroenterologist at the earliest who can examine you by doing a sigmoidoscopy or colonoscopy to assess the cause of bleeding and pain and then plan treatment accordingly
