Firstly tell me your daily regime n r u working lady or housewife? You should increase iron rich food source in your diet like green leafy vegetables like broccoli,spinach,nuts,groundnuts also take dryfruits in your daily life routine...If you are nonvegitarien then you can go for Fish,egg etc, you can also take the iron syrups also as a supplement. Start some light work out also.
