My periods are due next week..yesterday i was cleaning my vaginal area and i stuck up a finger inside. Bright red blood came in my hand ..is it normal? I usually get spottimg before periods but nothing is there after that one drop of blood. I am not sexually active

It could be because of the premenstrual spotting that u hv or u must hv hurt urself..or the hymen..as u said u are not sexually active.. Probably ur hymen got ruptured due to the fingering..
