3days ago i saw blood in my urine and i take some antibiotics and it was gone by the morning and now again when i wake up and go to the restroom i saw blood in my urine again

You gotta be sure if its blood in urine or from somewhere else..get yourself examined
If u are pretty sure its from urine. Do an ultrasound kub done along with urine routine microscopic examination done..
Also get a urine culture sensitivity done
Consult direct once you get reports.
Also start taking alkasol syrup 2tsf in glass of water three times for 5 days..
