Asked for Male, 20 Years

I had masturbation and i got blood with semen, and at the time of erection i get little pain in the middle of my shaft. since, i don't have any problems after having ultrasound and urine analysis tests. in urine analysis test i didn't get even single RBC in my urine. what might be the reason?
