Bright red blood with mucus found in stool. A medication for stomach infection and hemorrhoids taken but still bleeding.
No pain. A bit of gas, which was before the blood activity also. Only bright red blood found.
Culture stool test was normal and in blood test eosinophil count was increases. How to be certain that it is hemorrhoids only?

Hello... high eosinophils count point towards parasitic infections... to be sure about hemorrhoids it is better to consult General Surgeon and get examined by the doctor so that they can tell you the exact position of the human rights and also the necessary procedurerequired for it....thank you
General surgeon can do proctoscopy to find out internal hemorrhoids. .....if they are not you need to undergo colonoscopy to rule out inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)....as you said you have been adequately treated for infections
