I had a little fever yesterday and at night i got blood in vomit and now today i dont have fever but i have some yellow and blood in stool i dont drink . few days back i had some pain in stomach and done endoscopy but nothing comes in that

If the quantity of blood is more . U better get some more tests done like cbc , lft , pt aptt and colonoscopy . If it's mild get it checked by a procotlogist .
