Asked for Male, 23 Years

A month ago I found some discomfort while passing stool and also found some blood in the stool. Then I consulted a doctor and he prescribed Daflon 500 mg Aceclofenac & paracetamol. Ofloxacin tablets Cremafin plus I used the above medication for 5 days as recommended by doctor and my problem was solved. After 20 days again am finding some discomfort and little blood in my stool. What should I do now, as the situation is little tough to consult the doctor due to pandemic. Should I take the same medication? Or Should I consult doctor again
