Blood in Phlegm
I have been seeing blood in my phlegm since last three days, all of it in the morning. I have been coughing a lot since more than a week and I have a history of smoking. The blood in Phlegm is only in the morning. My parents don't know about the smoking thing so I can't tell them yet. I had also been in Delhi for 10 days. Before that never had it happened. What to do in this situation I am very scared. I'm blowing my nose and all no blood in that. Just in the morning
