Blood in my stools

I am 36 weeks pregnant... I drink beetroot and pomegranate juice and because my hb is low so my doctor giving me iron drips my problem is whenever I passes stools .. Stools water gets red like some blood get mixed in the water after that when I flush...everything flows but if any piece of stool come back in potty sheet... Then after some time water again gets red like blood. This is happening from past 1-2 months...please tell me why is this happening??
