I would advise you to meet the nearest General Surgeon to evaluate the cause of the bleeding on whether it is hemorrhoids/piles or anal fissure or any such problems. I would advise you to not strain during bowel movements, reduce weight, eat food rich in fiber and bran based cereals. You may require corticosteroids, ointment, cream and laxatives as a medical treatment. According to the grade of your condition other treatment options will be provided to you.
