You need to get a examination done from a gynaecologist and do a sonomamography...chances are it is mastitis which has some simple solutions

Blood discharge from nipple ?? If yes Then proper clinical examination is very much required. Or get a mammography done and share the report .

u probably either hv cracked it due to dryness or hv mastitis. consult a doctor near you for clinical examination and further management
