Blood hiv intuition

I bought a mouthfreshner and when directly put in mouth without checking. There was a used blade inside that and when i realise that something is wrong, I got this pen dot size cut on my tongue before throughing out my mouth. So now in this condition what would I do because i am sacred about hiv or other disease.
